James Hardie's siding products come with a limited warranty that covers defects in materials for a period of 30 years from the date of installation. The warranty also covers damage caused by hail up to 2.5 inches in diameter.
The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the property for the remaining period of the 30-year warranty.
The warranty is subject to specific terms and conditions, including proper installation and maintenance of the siding.
James Hardie also offers an optional ColorPlusĀ® Technology finish warranty that provides additional protection for the finish of the siding. This warranty covers fading, chalking, and cracking of the finish for a period of 15 years from the date of installation.
